Bede Youth Adventure Project is for local young people aged 11 to 19. We've got activities throughout the year that are fun, thought provoking and challenging. There's a big emphasis on Adventure at Bede - take a look at our programme below and our summer camps by clicking left.
Clubs
Monday Club
6pm to 8.30pm term time for 16 to 19 year olds (up to 25 years for people with special needs)
Wednesday Club
6pm to 8.30pm term time for 13 to 16 year olds
Thursday Club
6pm to 8.30pm term time for 11 to 13 year olds
Each month we will follow a four week programme;
1st Week - Planning session and issue based workshop
This is when you get to choose your activities for the month and we can have a discussion
run by specialist talkers on the issues important to you. Snacks are available too!
2nd
Week - Social trip
These are activities chosen by you such as ice skating, bowling,
trampolining, theatre, trips to Trocadero, the cinema, plus much more.
3rd Week - Video and Munch
This is when you choose a DVD to watch and we all get take-away
food to eat while the film is on.
4th Week - Adventure activity
This is where you get
the chance to try out some of the more adventurous activities such as scrambling,
rock climbing, paintballing, mountain biking, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking and
many more!

We're situated besides the big Maydew House tower block backing onto Southwark Park.
Membership
Join us today - only 50p per week with additional contributions towards trips and activities. We've only got a limited number of places in each club, so do call us to find out more.
